On May 9, 2009, GeoWells International was incorporated by merging two other firms, becoming an independent company. While our official founding was in 2006, some of our predecessor firms had distinguished histories dating back to the early 1980s.

However, in order to fully realize the benefits of P3, all participants and stakeholders must clearly understand the risks, requirements, and opportunities involved.
GeoWells International has established a P3 Advisory practice to address these needs and provide seamless integration of technical, economic, and contractual expertise across all asset classes and P3 markets.
